1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept return and refund requests within 30 calendar days after delivery of your order. Once your return request is approved, you must ship back the items within 7 days to complete the return process. Requests exceeding the valid time limit will not be accepted for returns, exchanges or refunds.
To qualify for returns, all apparel items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume odor, pet hair or any visible wear traces
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and firmly attached
- No artificial damage, tearing, fading or modification made by customers
- Valid order number and purchase record are required for verification
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to hygiene regulations and store policy:
- Clearance, discounted, promotional and final-sale clothing items
- Intimates, swimwear and close-fitting personal apparel for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered or improperly maintained by customers
- Products with missing original tags, labels or complete packaging
- Unauthorized returns sent without official support confirmation
- Slight color difference and minor texture deviation caused by screen display and normal manual production process
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow our standard official process to apply for returns and avoid rejection:

2. Email subject format: Return Request – (Your Order Number)
3. State your order number, product name/SKU, detailed return reason, and attach clear photos of the item (for defective or damaged goods)
4. Wait for our team’s professional review and official return instructions within 24–48 business hours
Important Note: Please do not return any items without our official approval and designated return address. Unauthorized returns will be directly rejected without refund.
4. Return Shipping Fee
- Customer-Borne Shipping: For personal reasons including unsatisfactory style, size mismatch, inappropriate matching, wrong purchase or change of mind. The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
- Store-Borne Shipping: For defective products, wrong item delivery, missing accessories or damage caused during transportation. We will cover valid return shipping costs after you provide valid photo evidence within 48 hours after receiving the package.
5. Refund Processing
After we receive, inspect and confirm the condition of your returned items, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be automatically returned to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and third-party payment platforms may have additional fund processing cycles, which is beyond our operational control.
6. Exchange Service
We support size and color exchange services for fashion apparel, subject to real-time stock availability. If you need an exchange, please clearly mark your expected new size or color in your return email. Partial exchange shipping fees may apply, and our team will send you detailed notifications during the review process.
7. Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment processing. Once the package is dispatched, order cancellation is no longer available. You can apply for a return in accordance with this policy after receiving the goods.
